Hero Mandate is proof of action for AI trading agents, built on Robinhood Chain. Robinhood put agentic trading in millions of hands; Hero Mandate proves an agent stayed within the authority it was given, without revealing the strategy. You delegate under an encrypted mandate, budget, allowed tokens, limits and expiry, and every trade becomes a tamper-evident receipt on Robinhood Chain; a breach is provable while the mandate stays sealed. Our headline innovation is the Chain of Mandate: authority delegates downward to sub-agents, each sub-mandate provably narrower than its parent, checked on encrypted values. Provable delegation, zero disclosure. It's the same primitive as Hero's robotics engine, one system, two surfaces. Hero mandate techstack: Smart contract (the core) - Rust, compiled to WASM, on Arbitrum Stylus (stylus-sdk, alloy-primitives) - Deployed with cargo-stylus - Live on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain 46630) - Tested with cargo test + Stylus TestVM Chains - Robinhood Chain testnet (Arbitrum Orbit stack) Payments / settlement rail - @arbitrum/mpp (Machine Payments Protocol) - emits the payment credential - Uniswap Permit2 (permitWitnessTransferFrom) - token settlement - ERC-20: hUSD demo stablecoin on Robinhood Frontend (the site) - Next.js 15 (App Router, static export output: export), React 19 - TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4 - ethers v6 - Hosted on Netlify

Hero mandate techstack
Smart contract (the core)
- Rust, compiled to WASM, on Arbitrum Stylus (stylus-sdk, alloy-primitives)
- Deployed with cargo-stylus
- Live on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain 46630)
- Tested with cargo test + Stylus TestVM
Chains
- Robinhood Chain testnet (Arbitrum Orbit stack)
Payments / settlement rail
- @arbitrum/mpp (Machine Payments Protocol) - emits the payment credential
- Uniswap Permit2 (permitWitnessTransferFrom) - token settlement
- ERC-20: hUSD demo stablecoin on Robinhood
Frontend (the site)
- Next.js 15 (App Router, static export output: export), React 19
- TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4
- ethers v6
- Hosted on Netlify
Progress in the buildathon * Ported the Hero anchor to Robinhood Chain testnet via a config-only settlement adapter [confirm: deployed] * Reskinned the demo as trading agents under sealed mandates, with a breach provable on the Robinhood Chain explorer. * Built the Chain of Mandate: two-level delegation where a sub-mandate is proven to fit inside its parent on encrypted values (FHE via Fhenix, [confirm: live vs labelled simulation]). * Added a model fingerprint to every receipt, binding the decision (which model ran) to the deed (what it traded), aligning with Offchain Labs' inference-verification work. * Kept a hard boundary: Hero never touches execution, custody, or the Stock Tokens, it verifies agent behaviour only, which keeps it clear of the securities blast radius.
Same team and company as Herō Network - pre-seed, non-dilutive first, with a five-year model built and grants/fellowships in progress rather than an active priced round. Open to aligned strategic and ecosystem capital.
