Lendora

Lendora is stock lending on Robinhood Chain, built on unmodified Morpho Blue and Morpho Vault V2. Robinhood Chain has tokenized US stocks and ETFs, but you can't borrow them. Holders earn nothing, traders can't short or hedge onchain, and price feeds freeze when US markets close. That makes weekend lending against a stale price unsafe. Lendora lists one Morpho Blue market per stock, with the Stock Token as the loan asset. - Lenders deposit stocks into a Morpho Vault V2 and earn the interest borrowers pay. - Borrowers post USDG collateral and borrow the stock to short, hedge or arbitrage. - A closure-aware oracle adds a volatility-scaled buffer before market closes and earnings windows. Positions opened on Friday are sized for Monday's gap. - A router bundles each flow into one transaction. It gates new positions behind compliance attestations and risk caps, and exits are always free. - A fallback liquidator and a fee split fund a backstop reserve. - Live short-interest data per stock is published through an onchain lens and a public API. Stock lending is the plumbing that pays holders, enables shorting and keeps prices honest. Lendora brings it onchain.

Description

Lendora: stock lending on Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Chain has tokenized US stocks and ETFs (Stock Tokens), but you can't borrow them. Holders earn nothing, traders can't short or hedge onchain, and price feeds freeze while US markets are closed. That makes weekend lending against a stale price unsafe.

Lendora lists one Morpho Blue market per stock, with the Stock Token as the loan asset. It runs on unmodified Morpho Blue and Morpho Vault V2, with no fork of the lending core.

How it works

- Lend. Lenders deposit a stock into a Morpho Vault V2 and receive rSTOCK shares. They earn the interest borrowers pay. An allocator keeper moves idle liquidity into the market, capped at 90% utilization.

- Borrow or short. Borrowers post USDG and borrow the stock to short, hedge or arbitrage. LendoraRouter bundles each flow (lend, borrow, openShort, closeShort, repay and more) into a single transaction.

- Closure-aware oracle. LendoraOracle uses Chainlink stock/USD and USDG/USD feeds plus a MarketHours contract. Before a market close or an earnings window, it ramps in a volatility-scaled buffer: b = clamp(z·σ·√(closure/1y), 1%, 20%). Positions opened on Friday are sized for Monday's gap. If the oracle guard trips, new entries are blocked but the price never reverts.

- Gated entries, free exits. New positions need an EIP-712 compliance attestation, a health factor of at least 1.10 at t+24h, and per-address and global caps. Exits never need any of these.

- Fallback liquidator. LendoraLiquidator liquidates through Morpho's callback in one call.

- Fees. Each vault's 10% performance fee splits 50% to the treasury and 50% to a backstop reserve.

- USDG Earn. An ERC-4626 delta-neutral vault holds long spot, lent stock and short perps. NAV comes from signed reports, co-signed by an independent signer.

- Live short interest. Supply, borrowed, utilization and rate per stock are published through an onchain lens and a public API.

Progress During Hackathon

Everything was built during the buildathon, starting from the first commit on September 26, with 168 commits since then. In Week 1 (Sep 26–29), we focused on the core protocol and delta-neutral vault—writing the litepaper, PRD, smart contracts, Vault V2 integration, USDG Earn vault, StrategyManager, NavOracle, keepers, indexer, API, and Next.js app. We also ran the delta-neutral simulation gate, tested everything on forks across four stress scenarios, prepared the audit package, and rehearsed a one-command mainnet launcher on a local fork (which has not been run on mainnet). In Week 2 (Sep 30–Oct 2), we hardened the entire product on live testnet and ran a 122-check break suite, fixing 42 issues along the way, from Arbitrum Orbit L1 data-fee handling and indexer recovery to safer amount parsing, wallet/RPC errors, double-click protection, and liquidity checks. We also added Playwright browser tests with a real signing wallet covering edge cases like oracle guard trips, opening positions near the buffer limit, and closing positions. Finally, we completed the README, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and owner-action docs, and renamed the project from Stockline to Lendora. Next up is the real-wallet testnet checklist, owner-gated parameter decisions, and a mainnet launch with 25% launch caps and a 48-hour timelock.

Fundraising Status

Bootstrapped and self funded, with no external capital raised yet. Lendora is live on Robinhood Chain testnet (an Arbitrum Orbit chain). We're seeking Arbitrum or Robinhood ecosystem grants and a small pre seed round to fund security audits and a mainnet launch.
