Ship tokenization platform and ecosystem
MaritimeDAO is a live ship-tokenization platform on Arbitrum One that lets qualified investors starting with Baltic seafarers who work in maritime but can’t easily invest in real fleet assets buy regulated, profit-sharing bonds tied to actual vessels, beginning with MV LOTOSS at Engure Port, Latvia. Users complete KYC, pay in USDC or EURe, and receive bond NFTs with verifiable on-chain ownership; issuers manage collections and minting through an admin panel, and holders can trade on our integrated marketplace. We solve slow, opaque bank and PDF-based fundraising with an end-to-end compliant flow: KYC registry, stablecoin checkout, transparent cap table, and low fees on Arbitrum so ~€200 bond tickets stay practical for retail. Contracts (KYC Registry, ShipCollectionNFT, Marketplace, MARGOT) are deployed and verified on Arbitrum mainnet; the app runs in production at app.maritimedao.com with EU issuer structure (Digi Creative SIA), full legal disclosure package, and 20+ users from our prior platform demo the full journey from wallet connect to live bond purchase in minutes.
