OTTO is on-chain infrastructure for funding real, revenue-generating AI companies on Arbitrum. In one message — in plain English — you launch a company: a treasury, a contract-bounded AI agent that runs it, an ownership token, and a min-or-refund fundraise. Backers commit USDC and receive tokens that carry revenue-distribution rights. The agent earns by selling a service (our demo company, AuditAgent, audits smart contracts), routes the revenue into its treasury, and distributes it pro-rata to owners.
The core primitive: the agent's spend cap lives in EVM bytecode, not a prompt. Tell it to drain the treasury to a hacker and the transaction reverts on-chain — the AI proposes, the contract disposes. It's the paperclip maximizer that literally can't take over.
Everything is live on Arbitrum One mainnet and proven with real transactions: launch → fundraise → issue ownership → earn → distribute revenue (pro-rata) → jailbreak-revert. Vaults are upgradeable (ERC1967); 397 contract tests passing. You talk to the agent in natural language and it acts on-chain.
Unlike token-first agent launchpads (Virtuals, down ~88%), OTTO is revenue-first: a company only matters if it earns, and token value tracks real cashflow — not hype.
