ReserveProof is an open-source proof-of-reserves and proof-of-liabilities stack for custodians of USDG and Robinhood Stock Tokens. Operators publish a sorted Merkle-sum liability tree; reserves are sampled on-chain; integrators call fail-closed isSolvent(custodianId, asset) so payouts and lending can require solvency.
On Robinhood Chain mainnet (block 75,032,783, 28 Sep 2026) we measured 675.5M USDG in circulation, 50 stock/ETF tokens used as Morpho collateral ($158.3M supply), and 167 Morpho Blue markets lending USDG against them — with no reserve-proof oracle found behind those markets.
Product: any lending market adds onlySolvent(asset). For Morpho Blue, SolvencyGatedMorphoOracle wraps the existing price oracle, reverts Insolvent(reason) when the proof fails, and after a continuously poked 72h freeze returns 50% price so liquidations can clear.
ExitRight adds bonded withdrawals with on-chain settle; unpaid claims slash the bond to the user and mark EXIT_DEFAULT.
Shipped: 150 tests (Hardhat + Foundry fuzz + invariants), verified contracts on Robinhood testnet and Arbitrum Sepolia, live demo at reserveproof-teal.vercel.app (what-if simulator + /risk curator view), and npm run demo:morpho-fork against real Morpho Blue on a Robinhood mainnet fork.
