Xeno is the neobank they graduate to. Compliance first — KYB in minutes, tax set aside automatically, everything reported — and then their money earns from the second it lands. Accept on any rail (card, PSP, Pix, Bre-B, crypto QR) into one account, auto-deposit into a yield vault (safe default or opt-in higher-yield tier), and spend via a linked card.
The whole stack is live and verified on Arbitrum One: a customer scans a WalletConnect QR, pays USDC, and it lands already earning in the merchant's vault — proven end-to-end with real money.
Over the buildathon we pivotted Xeno a wallet app with no USP to a fully functioning merchant neobank - On-chain layer (deployed + verified on Arbiscan): gasless meta-transaction forwarders (QR + in-app send), and ERC-4626 yield forwarders that auto-deposit a payment straight into the merchant's yield vault — two tiers: a default (Gauntlet USDC Core) and an opt-in higher-yield boost (Steakhouse High Yield), each with its own vault zap. - Apps: a POS terminal (WalletConnect QR acceptance) and a merchant wallet — Home (combined balance), Savings (tiered auto-earn + opt-in boost), Card (spending + Add to Google Wallet), and Reports (takings, rail split, forecast, automatic tax set-aside + one-tap CSV export). - Proven end-to-end with real USDC: a customer scans the QR, pays, and it lands already earning in the merchant's boost vault — shares minting to the merchant atomically with the payment.
